This is a male drow with black skin, white hair, and one blood-red eye.  A large, ugly scar obscures the empty socket of his missing eye.  He wears a perpetual scowl, and seems to be constantly irritated 

and scornful. You recognize him as Chemistrius Ul'Veldrin, the leader of the Leah's Hill Undercity Assassins' guild. He is reknowned for both his aptitude in assassination and his unpleasant demeanor. He is permeated by a dim auroric radiance. He has a few thin wisps of surging radiance and a webwork of sparkling light within and around him.
