Magical cloaks that imbue the wearer with the ability to form magical wings.

- Come in 5 standard magnitudes, Minor, Lesser, Major?, Greater, Great. (actually I'm not sure I've ever seen a medium one).
- imagine a pair of wings to activate the wings.
- Gives some amount of air affinity while worn.
- probably other bonuses.
- Great ones add a magick/air discharge attack.
- Acquired via randomload only.
