Marks:

   The traveling Nizari Hasan constantly keeps watch for potential 
targets whom need... dealing with.  He never reveals his sources, but 
he has hinted that various people sometimes hire the Nizari to get rid 
of someone, or that even Kali herself dictates whom should come to an 
early end.

   Available marks            - Ask Hasan about 'marks'.
   Turning in bounties        - Tell Hasan you solved his problems for him.
                              - Give Hasan the object he asked for.
   Information about marks    - Ask Hasan to tell you about the mark.
