(Appears to do electrical damage at the cost of SP. Telesmatic Weapon/Air Affinity add to attack rating.)
Suspected Abilities
Well, it's a LIGHTNING spider, so I assume the consort eventually gets venom sacs, maybe webbing and an aura of lightning and a lightning attack.
