The Outsiders are a group of adventurers with varied objects, unified primarily by the image of the broken pattern imbedded within.
Their powers range from the powerful to the arcane, and can be listed by 'help outsider powers'. These powers require skills which must be honed constantly; information on these skills can be acquired via 'help outsider skills'.
These powers granted by the pattern are restricted however by the nature of the power; 'help outsider restrictions' details these.
