The ability to resist and diffuse spiritual energy that has been directed against one in a harmful fashion.  This also grants a
lesser degree of resistance to magickal and goetic power.

Spirit resistance can be increased by exposure to ectoplasm, theophany, or magick, changing more quickly according to one's 
astral perception.  It will decay over time, weakening more slowly according to one's astral perception.
