Command: Disbelieve

General-Use Command
Usage: disbelieve in <topic>

Causes your character to disbelieve in a particular topic.  One might do this to trigger disbelief-related effects.

Examples: disbelieve in the dragon's reality
          disbelieve in epistemic relativism
