This is a female human with tan skin, orange-streaked black hair, and white-streaked blue eyes.  She is the priestess Jeliza, student of High
Priestess Dara.  She has a friendly-looking heart-shaped face.  She has a few thin wisps of surging radiance, a tracery of pulsing chaotic glow, and a
webwork of sparkling light within and around her.  
She looks about fourteen and a half dimins tall, four and eleven twentieths dimins wide, and one and three twentieths dimins front to back.   
She wears an osmyr robe around her body, a bright blue nickel chaos amulet around her neck, and a white pine lesser ring of lightning infusion on her
left hand.
