Who the hell teaches this?

I had the same issue...and finally managed to intro it via Zrael (who else?). Not sure if Sithyrr intros it, though from the wiki it looks like Synousia_Algesis gives some spec access to it. --Rashidun 14:07, 14 February 2012 (EST)
