This is a female kobold with greenish scales, yellow horns, and green eyes. This is Urleka, an enterprising young kobold who conducts the faith of Galduron, god of wealth and
commerce, in Gurbodax. Since the state owns all wealth in Gurbodax, her temple must remain secret lest it be shut down by the guards. She is a native Odaxi, but she was born of
freed kobold slave parents who were part of the initial settlers of the city. She has a few thin wisps of sparkling light and a few thin wisps of surging radiance within and around
her.
She looks about eight and a fifth dimins tall, two and eleven twentieths dimins wide, and thirteen twentieths of a dimin front to back.
Urleka is an instructor and responds to the following verbal commands:
