Bonding Requirements
Some amount of Killer Instinct is required, as is fairly obvious from the bond failure message. It is certainly less than 101, the amount used in one case. Would not bond at 96.
Known Abilities
The leopard is a deadly feline predator that can be found in the frozen Northlands and Gardagh, and possibly other locations. It is large enough to ride, and is a fierce combatant with claws and teeth. It requires air to breathe, has a carnivorous diet and can see in the dark.
Petting the familiar
You pet Kristal with your right hand. You sense deadly energies flowing from Kristal's body into your spirit.
This provides a temporary bonus to the skills Dagger, Killer instinct, Legerdemain, Crushing Resistance, Cutting Resistance, and Piercing Resistance. It also restores 1 spell point.
Svadhisthana Chakra
A leopard familiar automatically grants and charges the Svadhisthana (orange) chakra, which grants bonuses to Dexterity, Quickness, Pain Tolerance and Tenacity, as well as other effects. When fully charged, the Svadhisthana chakra grants the Paraneurism trait, which is a highly valuable trait indeed.
Bonuses using Daggers
The leopard grants its consort an intrinsic bonus to attack rating with daggers based on the consort's Legerdemain skill, one half of Stealth skill, and a multiplier of Killer instinct and Dexterity that scales with bond strength. The leopard also grants its consort an intrinsic bonus to deflection rating with daggers based on the consort's Legerdemain skill, one half of Stealth skill, and a multiplier of Dexterity that scales with bond strength. Finally, the Leopard grants its consort an intrinsic bonus to damage rating with daggers based on a large multiplier of the consort's Killer instinct skill that scales with bond strength. These bonuses are applied to both wielded daggers and thrown daggers. Your familiar must be in your environment for this effect to be granted.
Attribute Modifications
Leopard familiars grant their consorts a large bonus to Dexterity, a moderate bonus to Strength, and small bonuses to Willpower and Charisma.

Additional Bonuses and Powers
Traits granted
Starting at "somewhat frail" bond strength, the leopard (like most feline familiars) grants its consort a Luck bonus, which scales with bond strength.
At "fairly healthy" bond strength, the Astral Perception trait is granted, and also scales.
Near the end of "resilient" bond strength, one point of Night vision is granted.
Additionally, the Svadhisthana chakra will grant the Paraneurism trait when fully charged.
