Imagined bond
You imagine what it would be like to have a deep bond with the female penguin, and you feel a distinct echo from within it. You experience feelings of grace, propriety, charm, daring and clandestinity.
Attributes Bonuses
Penguins grant a constitution bonus and smaller (1/3 as big) dexterity, willpower, and charisma bonuses. Penguins grant a bonus to dodge, deflection, and attack ratings based on the consort's dancing skill (only when the familiar is present), and greatly increases the influence of dexterity upon those ratings. Likewise, the consort's damage ratings are boosted by perception and dirty fighting when the familiar is present.

Each appearance by a skill in the list indicates a separate +1 bonus along with the approximate place in the bond progression where the bonus is to be expected.
