This is a male aviar with black skin, green wings, black hair, and hazel eyes. Nelar is the Teryx Trainer. Though his spear skill may not be as advanced as many of the female Archeop, he provides adequate basic instruction. His skills as a bowman are matched by few. He has a tracery of sparkling light within and around him.
