Command: Subvocalize
General-Use Command
Usage: subvocalize <message>
Aliases: sv
Causes your character to 'think to herself' a verbal message.
One might do this to trigger effects that depend on subvocalization,
or simply to annoy anyone who might be reading one's thoughts.
Examples: subvocalize Here we go again.
