Mok A'tal, known across two planes as the black seer of the Torquar, has forged a name for himself in cruelty. His brand of villiany is a scourge to any realm where mortal man walks. Imbued with the powers granted from the dark rites of the Rajan priests coupled with the nefarious magicks of necromancy, A'tal thrives on one thing: blood. He wanders the planes in search of new peoples to torture. Each world discovered is left in a wake of torment; all in a futile quest to slake his unholy thirst. He is permeated by a dim sparkling light. He looks about eighteen dimins tall, five and three fifths dimins wide and one and two fifths dimins long. His movements are extremely quick.
