Trait Category: Neurological Trait Type: Rating Overall Possible Natural Values: 0 to 30
Thanatogalvanism is the trait that causes some creatures' bodies to continue acting, typically in a spasmodic fashion, after what would generally be considered the moment of death. One example is the proverbial chicken running around with its head cut off. Every point of thanatogalvanism allows continued action, generally mindless and random, for approximately two seconds after death. Individuals in a berserk rage become thanatogalvanic in proportion to their willpower.
Development Information: The thanatogalvanism trait was created by Chaos and is maintained by Lost Souls; the source code was last updated Tue Feb 26 00:17:49 2013.
