In the city of the devourers of minds, deep within the earth, retrieve the eloquent one's amulet from the dark master and bring it to the One Who Observes, that a voice may be restored to the world.

   Estimated Physical Difficulty Rating: Seven
   Estimated Danger Rating:              Eight

   This quest was created by Nightmare.

• Find the Vlekthid city Syllyac in Loch Nether
• Find "The Nightmaster," located near the top of the city.
  • Will/should drop the Amulet of Tzeen.
• Take the artifact Amulet of Tzeen to the Observer located within the city.
• Quest done.

As of the elderbrain implementation (see Syllyac article), this quest may be much harder, as the elderbrain will eventually kill you (there are normal vlekthids in the high hanging bridges you have to get past IIRC, also the guards at the staircases and temple entryway).
