    This is a female kobold with greenish scales, yellow horns, and green eyes.  This is Urleka, an 
enterprising young kobold who runs an illicit usury and banking practice.  Since the state owns all 
wealth in Gurbodax, her business must remain secret lest it be shut down by the guards.  She is a 
native Odaxi, but she was born of freed kobold slave parents who were part of the initial settlers of 
the city.  
   She looks about nine and a twentieth dimins tall, two and seventeen twentieths dimins wide, and 
seven tenths of a dimin front to back.
