    This is a male chaosborn with black-mottled brown skin, forest hair, and blue eyes.  His outer
persona is a strange blend of traits: he has a proud, militaristic posture, a permanent smirk, and
lines around his eyes that suggest the smirk isn't as ironic as it might seem.  A cigarette hangs
out of his mouth -- probably out of habit, as it isn't even lit.  There is a glint of mischief in
his eyes.  This chaotician was once widely known on the Prime as Blue.  Despite his affability, his
propensity for mischief -- and unmatched power -- made everyone he associated with rather
uncomfortable.  Perhaps out of loneliness, he disappeared after years of reckless adventuring under
the auspices of countless affiliations (who generally were quick to kick him out on charges of
sowing general anarchy).  Renowned not only for his lethality with magick but also his immense
creativity, this is surely a man to be wary of.
