Terrapin Station
Terrapin Station is Halfmoon Bay's oldest tavern, dating back to the days of King Oman. It is also possibly the oddest. The interior walls are painted a deep shade of purple, and the bar is painted a vivid pink. The walls are adorned with various curiosities, some donated by past patrons, others collected by Cassady himself. The most prominent of these is a large rainbow-coloured tortoise shell that hangs behind the bar to the left of a purple beaded curtain. To the right of the curtain hangs a simple menu. Like most taverns, this one is dimly lit, but not by the usual candles or oil lanterns. Instead, a large softly shimmering sphere hangs from the ceiling, bathing the room in a soft glow. A number of brightly painted tables and chairs are scattered through the room to provide ample seating for the tavern's many customers. The area is reasonably well-lit. Bartender Cassady is here.
