   Summary: clinging, shredding air area attack

This spell conjures squalls of slashing wind that localize around one's enemies and continuously strike at them. This spell is not fast-acting, in either effect or casting time, but it is a relatively reliable means of defense against large groups. If one is in combat, one's enemies will be targetted, otherwise everyone in the room who is not befriended will be.
