The ability to be competitive in games of skill and chance upon which wagers are often 
made.  Covers the ability to participate honestly to the best advantage and the ability 
to cheat -- not to mention the ability to spot cheaters and rigged games.

Notes

  • This skill decreases maximum bank account balance.
