  Thromdan is a kindly looking old man.  His eyes show great experience and wisdom.  He is a 
  devout follower of Gaia, and serves his goddess by leading as well as training the Devonshire 
  Clerics.

  To join the Devonshire Clerics, 
  say "I wish to devote myself to <god's name>".  
  Clerics may say the command "advance".

  Thromdan is an instructor and responds to the following verbal commands:
     Availability inquiry: Thromdan, what do you teach?
     Cost inquiry:         Thromdan, what would a lesson in <subject> cost?
     Instruction request:  Thromdan, teach me <subject(s)>.
