Possessing the frontal body of an eagle with the torso of a lion, the Gryphon is a formidable combat bond that gives excellent bonuses to its consort's attack and damage rating that scales very well with Perception as well as being a notable combatant and handy flying mount in its own right. They can be found roaming wild in Avalon.
