Bonding Requirement
Some amount of discipline and introspection, as is obvious from the bond failure message. One was bonded with 62 discipline and 27 introspection.

Combat Bonuses
Scaling buff to all ratings of 100% of Somatesthesia, Athleticism, and Discipline skills (at complete).
For discharge attack and discharge damage ratings, the scaling Discipline buff increases to 500%.

One who has bonded to a lagomorph gains bonuses to their Agility, Vitality, Willpower and Perception.
