Garka, the proprietor of the Gurbodax speakeasy, needs a new drink to serve. Bring her a rare drink infused with dark magicks to earn her gratitude.

The drink desired is the "Bloody Mary COCKTAIL" sold in the Nine-Spoked Wheel, located beneath St Paedric's Monastery.
If no one is able to serve you, "shout rico".
Garka is located at 9, 2, -4 in Gurbodax. If you're not a kobold then you'll need to break the trapdoor to enter the kobold town.
If you, for whatever reason, choose to break into the kobold settlement beneath Gurbodax by force and start fighting with the entire town then you can still hand the drink to Garka while she's trying to kill you. Provided she is still alive of course.
