Narn can be reached by talking to Tominaeus in Sloan, which is a good deal less of an ordeal than the former method, which consisted of tracking down a specific faun wandering the Northlands and then dancing with him. Alternatively you can get there from Enas in Sanctuary (mind the basilisk).

Location
Even though anyone can be teleported to Narn via Enas or the faun Tominaeus, no one is exactly sure where Narn really is. It is interesting to note that when you leave Narn, you end up in the Northlands.
