Overall Possible Natural Values: -10 to 10
Having the trait of luminescence means that one naturally emits light.  The higher the rating of the luminescence trait, the more
intense the light one gives off.  At negative values, one is tenebrescent rather than luminescent, emitting darkness rather than
light.
Development Information: The luminescence trait was created by Chaos and is maintained by Lost Souls; the source code was last
