The only real info that can be found about the glomerates is in a random load book called Nihilgenesis, by Marcus Lucretius Maro.

The book is in latin so you'll need decent skill in it (close to 40) and literacy to be able to read it.

The book itself is vague but gives a lot of hints regarding the use of your powers as a glomerate.

Contents

Joining

To join you'll need to first find a non-descript silver ring set with a harlequin opal.

You'll need a free point in INT for Ektilaturgy.

You will also need to read the book Nihilgenesis.

You'll need to be able to either "hold" or "wear" the ring, so exceptionally large characters may have issues joining.

If you are too large you may be able to have the ring resized by Celebrimbor or Puzzled by an aligned.

Once you have the ring, say 'EX NIHIL SUM' in latin while holding or wearing it.

The Ring

This is an exquisitely-crafted ring composed out of a single smooth piece of
silver. It reflects and absorbs the light oddly, sometimes casting back glints
of dazzling color, sometimes gleaming with faint and ghostly hues. There is a
small harlequin opal set into the inside of the band. The gem seems to separate
two written phrases: EX NIHIL SUM and IN NIHIL SUM. You estimate its value at
about six thousand nine hundred gold.
      It is in perfect condition.
It is intermediate in size, and definitely too small for you. It looks about
a twentieth of a dimin across and a fifth of a dimin around. It weighs about
  a hundredth of a dekan.

Void

Once you have joined, you can establish a connection with the void by concentrating. The command is "concentrate on stilling my mind." Note that you must rest for a minute or two before attempting this, and you will have to do it every time you die (as death severs your connection to the void).

Nihilsphaera

Once you have joined, you will need to craft a nihilsphaera, or orb of nothingess. Find a gargantuan spider, and cut out its spinneret (you may need sufficient anatomy and insect lore for this step, or have an expert cut the spinneret from any spider's opisthosoma and give it to you, whereupon you can identify it with a lens). Once done, perform the command "cast nihilsphaera creo with spinneret". You will create a nihilsphaera, a sort of cosmic black hole that fuels your powers as a Glomerate.

Powers

Performing spellcasting as a glomerate uses a number of skills, which the association grants access to:

 Concentration
 Conjuration
 Ektilaturgy (especially)
 Enchantment
 Evocation
 Garbology
 Imagination
 Introspection
 Latin
 Meditation
 Politics
 Prestidigitation (especially)
 Streetwise
 Symbology
 Telesma

Using these powers, a number of spells can be cast. The syntax is "cast <spell name>". Only Expungere is available to start - you must increase the power of your nihilsphaera before casting the others. Note that casting difficult spells can be dangerous due to the hazards of uncontrolled void energies.

expungere

Draws physical matter into the void as fuel for the nihilsphaera. Anything on the ground will be
consumed and destroyed forever. Does not work on anything that rots or is primarily made of energy.

decidere

Accelerates the decay of corpses.

nihilsphaera viseo

Allows you to view the status of your nihilsphaera.

comprimere

Accelerates the compression process inherent in one's nihilsphaera, with the intention of siphoning off
as much void energy as possible for one's own use. The steps for casting this spell -- of which the first
is optional -- are prepare one's nihilsphaera for compression and fill oneself with a portion of the resultant
Void.

failure message:
You cannot continue casting comprimere because you lost control over the
spell with your confused mentation and your insufficient ektilaturgy,
conjuration, concentration, and centering.

caecus

Draw void energy from the sphere for a powerful effect (details unknown).

Buffs tactics, fieldcraft skills, quickness, all weapon skills, dodge, combat reflexes, precision strike, killer instinct, blindfighting, maybe more. Makes you blind for the whole duration of the buffs. - Zak

failure message:
You cannot continue casting caecus because you lost control over the spell with your clumsy gesturing and
your insufficient ektilaturgy, symbology, and evocation.

You visualize a webwork of aether within yourself.
Your hearing goes completely silent even as the rest of your mind and body harden and strengthen.
   The world goes silent.

Makes you deaf, and also buffs hardiness, stamina, and recuperation by a few hundred. - Zak

cumulus viseo

   cast cumulus viseo
You have begun casting cumulus viseo.
You concentrate on the essence of clutter, distinguishing it from other quantities and arrangements of objects.
With your right hand, you cross first your pinky and ring fingers, and then your index and middle fingers, while opening the palm of your
   left hand.
You emit a low and oddly melodious hum that gradually simplifies into a single tone.
   You visualize some extant clutter.
You have a vision of a path leading through the southern edge of an orc village in the forest.
a path leading through the southern edge of an orc village in the forest [n, s, e, w, trail]
On the outskirts of Togrek, one can readily see that it's a rather squalid affair. Various huts and shacks spring up apparently at random
over the shadowy forest landscape, often standing against trees for support. Only one large building in a clearing near the center to the
north looks reasonably solid. Rough pathways lead north and south. The edge of the village is southward. The area has a few thin wisps of
blue-white radiance, a few thin wisps of umber radiance, and
a tracery of dark gray vapor within and around it. The area is reasonably well-lit.
A greenish-skinned giant female orc villager is here.
You see a large linen robe, a large granite-set white pottery ring, a couple of tarnished brass rings, a whole bunch of iron-banded oaken
quarterstaves, a bunch of iron-tipped oaken spears, a couple of large cuir bouilli jerkins, several large steel breastplates, a bunch of
piles of gold coins, several iron daggers, many bone-spiked iron helmets, several square pine shields, many iron light mail shirts, many bras
s caps, several pairs of leather pants, a few large brass caps, a couple of large iron light mail shirts, several iron kris knives, several
iron broadswords, many pairs of iron bracers, many pairs of leather boots, a bunch of iron-spiked oaken clubs, several leaded iron maces, a
bunch of iron longswords, several pairs of leather gloves, many wool cloaks, a bunch of barbed leather whips, a whole bunch of steel
breastplates, a linen robe, a huge brass cap, a huge iron light mail shirt, a bunch of cuir bouilli jerkins, a few large pairs of leather
boots, several iron greataxes, a rune-marked iron dagger, a couple of iron bars, a tarnished brass cap, many oakens and granite hammers, a
few large pairs of iron bracers, a large cuir bouilli girdle, several cuir bouilli girdles, a few large wool cloaks, a large bone-spiked iron
helmet, a huge bone-spiked iron helmet, a bunch of steel battleaxes, a couple of huge iron-spiked leather collars, and a large iron key.
Above you is a rolling, heavily clouded night sky. You have to brace yourself against the strong wind. The moon is not visible.
Obvious exits are north, south, east, and west.
From what you can make out, the place you are seeing is at the coordinates 0, -4 in Togrek.
You have completed casting cumulus viseo.
