Xi Feng Ming

A hobgoblin town hidden in the desert of Almeria and home to the Sheng Long culture. Hates danaan and races derived from them, including, but not limited to, drow and orcs, as well as people of the Hanoman culture, although not anyone in any of the Hanoma-native affiliations.

Linked to the Outpost by way of its basement floor. If you examine the southern wall you should find the way through. There are four subterranean levels with hobgoblin and ogre soldiers, with a number of trainers on the bottom floor.
