Torture -- the ability to torture

The ability to cause pain through torture, with or without causing injury
or death, to a specific degree of agony. Includes familiarity with various
techniques and implements of torture. This skill may equally be applied to
torture of others for interrogation, punishment, or other purposes, or to
torture of oneself as part of self-mortification practices.
