   This is a dracon with green scales and black eyes.  Sthlar is the

Shatterspire guard's drill sergeant, the primary trainer of new recruits. It is a rough-looking, snaggle-toothed specimen. An unlit stub of cigar with blackened ash on its end hangs from one side of its mouth.

   It looks about seventeen and a half dimins tall, six and a tenth dimins

wide, and one and a half dimins front to back.

arm, right claw, left claw, right leg, left leg, right foot, left foot, and tail. Sthlar is an instructor and responds to the following verbal commands:
