This is a dracon with green scales and black eyes. Sthlar is the Shatterspire guard's drill sergeant, the primary trainer of new recruits. It is a rough-looking, snaggle-toothed specimen. An unlit stub of cigar with blackened ash on its end hangs from one side of its mouth. It looks about seventeen and a half dimins tall, six and a tenth dimins wide, and one and a half dimins front to back.
