This is a female svirfneblin with pale blue skin, black hair, and glowing green eyes. She seems lost in constantly-changing thought, peering curiously at everything in her surroundings. You recognize her as Byundi the Psychic Scientist a curious svirfneblin obsessed with research into the nature of telepathic communication and the psychological ramifications of thought interchange. She maintains a loose association of test subjects who call themselves the Deep Whisperers, a group of telepathic volunteers who allow themselves to be experimented upon psionically and gather scientific data regarding the results in exchange for access to the ability to psionically bond to a familiar.
