Spark dogs are commonly found in Exoma and Lakan. Touching a spark dog results in an electric shock.

Consider completing the Lakan's Edifice quest before you attempt to bond a spark dog. Otherwise, I hope they're like bonding a dog, but I had highly specced and skilled into animal lore, leadership, courage, tenacity, and even subordination.

You must do Lakan's Edifice quest to bond a spark dog.
