  Lord Strom has been in the service of the Even-Handed since his family was destroyed 
  by orc worshippers of the chicken god, Hakkax.  In his thirty year career, Strom has 
  repaid the orcs and other minions of chaos in spades.  He, along with Father Jonathan, 
  a revered priest of Tyr, has created the Justicars of Tyr, a law bound order of knights 
  whose martial prowess is one to be reckoned with.  Strom himself has learned many forms
