Represents one's potential to doggedly commit to one's values and purposes, associated with willpower in general, but
self-consciously honed by training and practice.  Among other things, tenacity reduces somewhat the degree to which being stunned
impairs one in combat, helps one overcome fear, and increases the level of effort one can sustain in combat.
