Telesma is DEAD! R.I.P. It isn't here anymore. Don't bother looking for it in-game.

For The Most Part any skill effect held by telesma has been replaced by evocation, such as in Chi Strike and other maneuvers, Inducted requirements and powers, etc.

THE MAIN EXCEPTION TO THIS IS ALIGNED - Aligned have a new system using enchantment and other skills, including some evocation.
