The bony figure of a man stands hidden inside a black cloak covering his
entire body. The eyeless sockets in his skull glow a dim red. His long bony
fingers curl around the oar making an eerie screeching sound every time he
strokes.
He looks about seventeen dimins tall, five and two fifths dimins wide, and
one and seven twentieths dimins front to back.
    He is in good shape.
He wields an oaken oar in his hands.
Vincentio shouts, [+ The boat will be leaving for Halfmoon Bay in fifteen seconds. +]
Vincentio shouts, [+ The boat will be leaving for Mycenae in ten seconds. +]
Vincentio shouts, [+ The boat will be leaving for Devonshire in five seconds. +]
Vincentio shouts, [+ This boat is now leaving Kentaur Isle and is headed for Sanctuary. +]

  • Notes
    • Vincentio is a ferryman that appears cursed to perpetually sail around the world. For a measly toll of 100 gold, Vincentio will allow you to join him in his own personal hell small oaken sailboat; he will periodically take 100 gold from you (each stop) until you decide to disembark.
    • Try as you might you cannot attack Vincentio.
    • It is interesting to consider a visual representation of Vincentio's voyage. It appears that he mostly travels southward (on the east coast of Almeria), going from Devonshire to Halfmoon Bay to Mycenae and then to Kentaur Isle. It seems Vincentio then crosses the South Sea/Surdassic Sea in order to reach Sanctuary (surely he doesn't circumnavigate the continent Tenochlan), and finally turns around and sails back to Devonshire:
