Attribute: Willpower Pedagogy: Procedural Hidden Skill
One of the four power control skills, which deal with one's ability to make use of sources of power which respond to one's will. This skill determines how well one can focus the energies generated through such a source, so that they are applied at the intensity one desires in precisely the variation one desires.
