Class: Esoteric Skills
Attribute: Intellect Pedagogy: Procedural Hidden Skill
One of the four power control skills, which deal with one's ability to make use of sources of power which respond to one's will. This skill determines how well one can tune the energies generated through such a source for the best results in a particular set of circumstances.
