The Report Command

  • The report command is used to verbally report on various character information. This is most useful when you are controlling other characters, to have them report information to you, though you can use it however you choose.

  • The basic syntax is 'report <item> [to <person>] [in <language>]'. The 'to <person>' option causes you to report by whispering to a specific person rather than saying your report; the 'in <language>' option allows you to specify the language you want to use.

  • The format of an item is usually either simply a value or a value and an argument; the specifics are determined by the individual item. You can also combine multiple values in a list; for example, 'report attack mode, defense mode, and skill sword' or 'report outlook and lives'. Help is available on each individual reportable item; use 'help report <value>' for information.

  • The report command is closely related to the show command, and is essentially a spoken version of the same functionality. One major difference, however, is that out-of-character information is not available through the report command.

  • The reportable values you can use are listed below.

    Incarnos-only values:
lives specialties [<scope>]
