Halea says, ~*&. I am indeed a witch, I admit as much. Be assured that witchcraft as is practiced by the Sisters of the Coven does not involve trafficking with demons or dark dieties. Though I, and some of my Sisters, do have a certain respect for the realm of the dead, it is not malificent in nature. At any rate, I leave myself open to your judgment on the matter. .&*~

Halea says, ~*&. The Coven is as old as this land. We gain our magicks by forming a bond with a familiar, usually a crow, raven, or owl, but occasionally other birds as well. .&*~

Halea says, ~*&. Our bond gives us a companion, enhances our lifespan, and affords us until knowledge of nature, of spirits, and of the sky and stars. .&*~

Halea says, ~*&. Members of the Coven travel light and protect one another, but beyond that, we mostly leave one another to pursue her own agenda. It tends to gather suspicion when we gather in great numbers, anyway. .&*~

Halea says, ~*&. Joining is not easy. If you are interested, you may simply tell me that you wish to join the Coven. It will require that you complete a number of tasks and gather a number of items. And of course, as you may have gathered, we only admit women, and, perhaps less fortunately, only women of a certain sort. .&*~
