The ability to perform feats of strength such as maintaining an effort level over 100%, bending bars, breaking down doors, and lifting heavy objects. Partially this is a matter of training one's body for the all-out exertion required for these tasks, and partially it is about techniques of leverage and traction that put one's strength to its best use.
