Represents the many and varied talents associated with low-grade drunken revelry, in terms of engaging in it at the greatest
intensity possible, using it to social and other advantage, and in surviving intact.  In social gatherings featuring the use of
alcohol, the effective carousing skill of each person present adds to the enjoyment of all.  Holding these gatherings in a tavern
provides more benefit yet.  Further, practice at carousing helps you avoid being overwhelmed by excesses of pleasure that would
disorient the less jaded and desensitized.
