Powrie much resemble ordinary pixies, being physically similar and having much the same range of coloration. Although they tend to run towards pale skin, red-tinged hair, and dark wings, this is not especially uncommon amongst pixies, either. This is used by many to their advantage -- for the true divergence runs deep.

Perhaps one of the most noticeable traits of a powrie is their freakish strength and durability for their size. While they do not, thankfully, have quite the innate speed of a pixie, they have a predatory grace and patience that often disguises (even as it complements) a malevolent, feral nature. This is perhaps in part due to their diet, radically different from that of other pixie: they are reliant entirely on blood or similar humours for their nutrition.

Various individuals have tried to make use of powrie as servitors, the results of which have clearly shown them to have an apparently innate disinclination to obedience. Even when mentally subjugated, they will often act erratically -- in one case, wiping out a village when sent to kill one of its inhabitants. They also display a distinct competitive streak -- powrie will fight rabidly amonst themselves, and do not naturally form lasting societies with one another. This is seen by most as a blessing.

In order to become a powrie, you must have advanced to level seventy-five.

NB: The Powrie gets a bite attack similar to the Skaven. Also note the Powrie has an iron allergy similar to Pixie, and also like Pixies, Powries are given access to Fey Abilities.
