general quick list of alignment adjusting locations, aside from the ever popular ST, which gets wiped out on occassion, for those OOC "where can i find an easy D/C area ..." etc

Note that this list covers alignment only, which has been heavily de-emphasized as a mechanic, with most applications of alignment being shifted to affiliation types and affinities (qlippotic, sephirotic, order, and chaos). So in most cases the alignment of any of the areas below has virtually no effect on game play in the modern MUD. If someone wanted to compile a list of areas that were distinguished by the types of affiliations or affinities one could expect to face in the denizens, it would be much more useful than the list below.
